Job summary

Novant Health is seeking RN professionals to join the Regional Resource Team (PNRT) working across multiple facilities in a regional pool. The role requires adaptability to operate in 5-6 locations within a defined region and deliver safe, high-quality care during the night shift on a part-time basis.

Eligible candidates should have an ADN (BSN preferred), current NC licensure, and the ability to obtain required certifications within the specified timelines.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current compact licensure in appropriate state required.
• NC curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire for Emergency/Behavioral Health.
• Specialty Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous quality patient care across a region-based pool.
• Work in 5-6 locations within a defined region (Charlotte, Triad, or Coastal).
• Serve as consultant and mentor to clinical nurses and share lessons across teams.
