Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Branch Manager to lead a multi-million dollar rental center in North Highlands, CA. You will direct Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics, driving revenue, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring a Business Management degree or equivalent and 3-4 years of rental industry experience, plus a proven leadership track. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Business Management degree or equivalent with 1 year rental industry experience
• 3–4 years of rental industry experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of P&L and financial controls
• Experience in outside sales or negotiation
• Experience in construction/industrial markets helpful

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the performance of the branch rental center
• Lead and build a high-performing team across sales, customer service, fleet maintenance and logistics
• Direct operational and financial reporting and achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Support career development and multi-unit or sales leadership progression
