Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience; rental industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop a team; build strong relationships with stores and field rental teams.
• Strong safety culture mindset with ability to train and enforce compliance and safety policies.
• Proven financial acumen to interpret performance metrics and manage revenue/expenses.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall regional operations including personnel management, equipment maintenance, and rental performance.
• Support Regional Rental Manager with hiring and training of staff.
• Evaluate success by customer satisfaction, brand awareness, and regional performance metrics.
• Manage regional fleet maintenance and readiness to maximize utilization.
• Promote safety culture through training, communication, and decision making.
• Ensure compliance of all tech work, inspections, maintenance, and deployments.
• Oversee down equipment tasking and open inspections; ensure quality service to customers.
