Regional Rental Manager - Construction Machinery

Job Title: Regional Rental Ops Manager

Location: Reno, NV + regional travel to 2 other locations

Package: Up to $110k base with 20% of base quarterly bonus payable 4X times a year

Company Overview: Leading heavy equipment dealer of construction machinery and equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage the Rental Operations for 3 assigned locations.
• Oversee team of 20 consisting of Rental Coordinators + others.
• Provide leadership and vision for the department in alignment with the department and corporate mission and objectives.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of all Rental Department procedures and policies, including inventory control knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment industry - preference on construction machinery.
• Ability to travel on a regional level on a monthly basis.
