Job summary

IEM is seeking a Reliability Lead in Garden City, GA to lead a team of reliability technicians and deliver vibration analysis and related services to industrial customers across the Southeast. You will manage contracted programs, support sales with technical expertise, and contribute to program growth and new business opportunities.

The role evolves from hands-on service delivery to program management and team development as the department grows, with potential path to a Reliability Manager role.

Qualifications

• Vibration analysis of rotating equipment with hands-on experience.
• Experience leading or supervising technicians and scheduling maintenance work.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for sales calls and customer updates.
• Ability to prepare clear, actionable technical reports.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review vibration analysis on motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
• Install and manage wireless vibration monitoring systems and handle alarms and data analyses.
• Conduct motion amplification studies, ultrasonic lubrication routes, and spare parts programs.
• Prepare clear technical reports with findings and recommendations for customers.
• Support RCFA efforts in collaboration with shop and field teams.
