ADM is seeking a Technology Engineer (E&I Reliability) in Decatur, IL to bridge field expertise with data science. The role focuses on reliability of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Packaging assets, applying RCM, RCA, and predictive analytics to minimize emergencies and optimize asset availability.

The engineer will lead DSM/RCM-based maintenance strategies, oversee AI/ML anomaly detection on IIoT data, and drive TPM training across craft technicians to strengthen site reliability and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing focusing on electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation.
• Experience with RCM, FMEA/FMECA, and RCA methodologies is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Ensure safety and electrical compliance with IR scans, switchgear testing, and arc flash studies.
• Develop EMS using RCM for E&I assets and optimize preventive maintenance intervals.
• Lead RCA for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Packaging equipment failures.
• Oversee data-driven analytics, telemetry, AI/ML anomaly detection, and IIoT data.
• Identify capital projects via failure analysis and Life Cycle Costing; write AFEs.
• Serve as SME and focal point for high voltage contractors.
• Audit and upgrade predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop training materials for TPM-focused technicians.
