Job summary

Nutrien Geismar seeks a senior leader to head the Electrical and Instrumentation Reliability team, directing reliability programs for equipment integrity, SIS, maintenance optimization, and RCA. You will identify critical assets and drive cross-functional improvements to safety and performance.

You will mentor technical teams, oversee process safety management, conduct audits, and participate in outage planning and control-system cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard assets and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or a related field and seven years of relevant experience, including two years leading technical teams in the petrochemical or related industry.
• Broad experience with electrical, instrumentation, analyzer, and control-system equipment, as well as reliability practices, root cause analysis, electrical and instrumentation standards, and process safety management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Electrical and Instrumentation Reliability team and develop reliability programs (equipment integrity, SIS, maintenance optimization, RCA, critical asset ID).
• Coordinate cross-functional improvements, process safety actions, technical reviews, outage planning, control-system cybersecurity, audits, budgets, and team development.
