NECI seeks a Field Service Reliability Engineer to deliver reliability engineering services to industrial clients across the region. You will apply vibration analysis, condition monitoring, and data-driven approaches to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Training and certification in Emerson Reliability Solutions hardware/software will be provided, with travel to client sites up to 50%. You’ll support predictive maintenance, machine health management, and root cause analyses

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline (or equivalent technical experience).
• 2+ years of experience in machinery health, reliability engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certification or training in vibration analysis (Category I–II) desirable.
• Familiarity with Emerson Reliability Solutions products and software (AMS Suite, CSI analyzers) a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English speaking required).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a technical resource for predictive maintenance, reliability, and wireless technologies.
• Perform route-based vibration data collection using Emerson AMS 2140.
• Conduct data analysis using Emerson AMS Machinery Health Management software to identify faults and recommend actions.
• Monitor and evaluate rotating equipment health data for reliability.
• Perform dynamic field balancing and shaft laser alignments with Emerson AMS 2140.
• Develop and deliver asset health reports with maintenance recommendations.
• Communicate findings through clear customer reports and presentations.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues to improve uptime and reliability.
• Support root cause failure analyses for mechanical issues.
• Build and optimize machinery databases within Emerson AMS Machinery Manager.
• Contribute to business development for NECI’s Reliability Services.
• Conduct Infrared Thermography inspections to identify thermal anomalies.
• Perform Ultrasonic inspections for leaks and faults.
• Carry out Motion Amplification inspections to diagnose vibration issues.
• Execute Mechanical Repair Services including bearings, belts, couplings, and alignments.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations within the territory.
