ATS is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to support multiple site locations remotely with 50% travel. You will champion reliability initiatives, apply RCA/RCM/FMEA methodologies, and mentor teams in precision maintenance techniques across U.S. sites.

Role requires ABET-accredited engineering degree and 5+ years in reliability, plus proficiency in predictive tech and data analysis. Competitive benefits and leadership exposure offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of reliability experience.
• Demonstrates ability to perform full array of reliability tool sets.
• Experience in RCA.
• Experience with RCM & FMEA.

Responsabilités

• Promotes and adheres to the ATS safety culture.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with ATS policies and procedures.
• Partners with internal/external customer for engineered solutions to improve reliability and throughput.
• Identifies opportunities for CAPEX for equipment replacement with ROI.
• Champions operating systems and best practices to enable a reliability culture.
• Applies predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance technologies and strategies to identify or control risks prior to failure.
• Understands and performs FMEA/RCA; conducts root cause analyses.
• Provides coaching on gaps identified through reliability strategy sessions.
• Collaborates with leadership on ATS/Customer KPIs.
