Job summary

Cascades seeks a Technical Reliability Expert to lead maintenance and reliability maturity across U.S. mills. The role centers on coaching teams, implementing best practices, and strengthening asset performance with data-driven decisions.

Based in the Eastern or Central United States with remote flexibility and up to 50% travel, you will partner with maintenance managers to develop improvement plans, monitor metrics, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability and asset management.
• Experience improving reliability culture across manufacturing operations.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with maintenance managers across multiple U.S. mills to improve reliability performance.
• Develop and support site-specific reliability improvement plans.
• Build and monitor 90-day action plans focused on asset reliability.
• Analyze reliability metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead root cause analyses for recurring or high-impact reliability issues.
• Promote effective utilization of CMMS tools and maintenance planning processes.
• Coach reliability leaders and maintenance teams on best practices.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time across U.S. operations.
