CAREL USA is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth of our refrigeration solutions across the Midwest. The role emphasizes communicating CAREL technology to executives, end users, contractors and OEMs, and building a robust new business funnel.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong relationship skills, practical refrigeration knowledge, and the ability to lead product demonstrations, develop proposals, and collaborate across Forecasting, R&D, and software teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in HVAC or related field.
• 5+ years in the refrigeration industry.
• Ability to present information to groups and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations explaining key technical aspects.
• Review specs to develop proposals and quotations using internal resources.
• Collaborate with forecasting, R&D, and software teams for improvements.
• Generate market attention and expand CAREL market share and niches.
• Build relationships with OEMs, contractors and partners in the market.
• Organize customer meetings, quotes, and CRM documentation.
• Manage sales projects, orders, follow-up and regional forecasts.
