CAREL USA is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to develop and grow our refrigeration customer base across the Midwest. The role requires clear communication of CAREL technology to engineers, contractors, OEMs, and end users, while delivering product demonstrations and tailored proposals.

You will collaborate with forecasting, R&D, and software teams to improve processes, organize market events, and build a robust new business funnel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent; 5+ years in refrigeration industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Mansioni

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of CAREL solutions.
• Review specifications and customer documentation to prepare proposals and quotations; use internal resources as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to solve problems throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with forecasting, R&D, and software teams for process or project improvements.
• Build market presence for CAREL technology and promote initiatives to expand market share.
