• Anchor and embed global RE&FM governance across the region.
• Guardrails for compliance, decision rights, and approvals.
• Provide budget and cost transparency at site, country, and regional levels.
• Deliver data-based commercial insight for leaders and budget owners.
• Manage PR/PO/invoice governance and escalate issues.
