Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Experience within Operations, Business Improvement, Transformation, Strategy Execution, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience in cross-functional and regional/global organizations.
• Experience implementing and supporting change initiatives in operational environments.
• Deep knowledge of operational workflows, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in renewable energy, service operations, or industrial environments.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary GOM interface for the AME region.
• Deploy and secure adoption of GOM standards, processes, and ways of working.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear regional actions and implementation plans.
• Execute Operating Model Assessments and identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Define and develop regional gap closure plans with regional stakeholders.
• Track progress, KPIs, risks, and implementation impact.
• Support implementation of transformation initiatives linked to operational performance and scalability.
• Provide structured field feedback to improve the Global Operating Model.
• Build alignment and close collaboration with regional leadership teams.
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable operational and business value.
