Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years in procurement or operations management in energy (thermal/renewable).
• Strong knowledge of procurement governance and processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP. English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Planning: maintain monthly Procurement Plans and secure approvals from Plant Managers and Finance.
• Operational Oversight: oversee regional procurement activities and lead complex procurements up to USD 100,000.
• Strategic Alignment: identify sourcing opportunities and involve Strategic Procurement for high-value initiatives.
• Performance Management: monitor cycle time, plan accuracy, and supplier performance; drive improvements.
• Stakeholder & Escalation Management: partner with regional leadership, Finance, and business stakeholders; resolve escalations.
