Job summary

United Digestive in Atlanta (or Southwest Florida) is seeking a Regional Account Executive to cultivate relationships with referring physicians and practice staff, driving loyalty and incremental referrals across our network.

The role requires daily regional travel, engaging providers, managing CRM activities, developing outreach plans with the Marketing Team, attending health fairs, analyzing data, and reporting results to the Practice Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or device sales; proven relationship-building.
• Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach, relationship-building, and marketing plans with the Marketing Team.
• Coordinate and attend community health fairs and expos; manage inventory.
• Maintain communication with referring providers via visits, emails, and calls.
• Update and manage the CRM database/mailing lists for external communications to patients and referring physicians.
• Build and strengthen relationships with referring providers using clinical and programmatic education materials.
• Act as a resource for internal and external clients, identify new business opportunities, resolve complaints.
• Use data to inform strategy and create effective sales plans.
• Prepare activity and results reports, including weekly plans and monthly reports.
• Engage in community events to grow existing relationships and establish new ones.
