America’s Home Health Services is seeking a Regional Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across the Wilkes-Barre region. The role blends remote recruiting with in-office branch support, community outreach, and regional travel.

Ideal candidate lives in or near Wilkes-Barre, PA. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and developing local pipelines through schools, events, and partnerships. Travel and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in or within commuting distance of Wilkes-Barre, PA area.
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or healthcare preferred.
• Home health care or high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and candidate pipelines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment technology.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region and provide in-office branch support.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on branch, candidate, and recruitment needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop local recruitment pipelines through community organizations, schools, workforce programs, job fairs, and hiring events.
• Track recruitment activity, hiring results, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.
• Support referral, reactivation, and retention initiatives.
