America’s Home Health Services is seeking a Regional Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across the Erie region. This hybrid role blends remote recruiting with in-office branch support, community outreach, and regional travel.

Candidates must live in or near Erie, PA to effectively cover local branches. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates through onboarding, with travel as needed to support branches and events.

Qualifications

• Must reside in or within commuting distance of the Erie, PA area.
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or healthcare is preferred.
• Home healthcare or high-volume recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and candidate pipelines independently.
• Experience with recruitment technology and ATS.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region and provide in-office branch support.
• Flexible schedule based on branch, candidate, and recruitment needs.

America’s Home Health Services is seeking a motivatedRegional Recruitment Specialist to support hiring throughout the Erie region. This hybrid role combines remote recruiting, flexible in-office branch support, community outreach, and regional travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned branches and territories.

• Provide in-office branch support with flexibility to coordinate your schedule based on recruitment and branch needs.

• Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.

• Develop recruitment strategies based on current and anticipated staffing needs.

• Maintain active candidate pipelines and consistent candidate communication.

• Partner with branch leadership to identify and address priority staffing needs.

• Develop local recruitment pipelines through community organizations, schools, workforce programs, job fairs, and hiring events.

• Track recruitment activity, hiring results, and key performance indicators.

• Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.

• Support referral, reactivation, and retention initiatives.
