Job summary

America’s Home Health Services in Lancaster County seeks a dynamic Home Health Marketer to grow our presence across the Lancaster/Harrisburg region. You will build referral partnerships, visit hospitals and physician offices, and promote high-quality home health services to the community.

The ideal candidate is relationship‑driven, self‑motivated, and experienced in healthcare marketing. Travel will be required, and you’ll collaborate with clinical and operations teams to expand AHHS’s footprint

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care marketing is required.
• Strong communication and networking skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel and reliable transportation is required.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHS’s footprint in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton market.
• Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value.
• Track referral activity, maintain accurate records, and meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Represent AHHS at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
