Job summary

America’s Home Health Services (AHHS) is seeking an energetic Home Health Marketer to grow our presence across the Lancaster / Harrisburg territory. This role focuses on building connections, developing referral partnerships, and promoting high-quality home health services within the community.

Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations; conducting regular visits and presentations; and identifying new opportunities to expand AHHS’s

• Previous experience in home health marketing is required.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners.

• Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value.
• Track referral activity, maintain accurate records, and meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Represent AHHS at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
