Job summary

Planned Companies in Arlington, VA is seeking a Regional Recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment across janitorial, concierge, security, and maintenance roles. Hybrid work arrangements in Arlington, with a 65–70k base salary plus bonus, will support recruiting campaigns in collaboration with Operations Management.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, plan recruitment events, and build a strong candidate bench to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume recruitment.
• Bilingual; English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with HR platforms.
• Communicate effectively to inform new hires of company programs.
• Team-oriented, flexible and adaptable.
• MS Office and Skype Business proficiency.
• Experience with Jobvite ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations Team to hire janitorial, maintenance, front desk, concierge, and security candidates.
• Manage job openings through Planned’s Talent Management system.
• Serve as point of contact for candidates through screening and hiring.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews (virtual and in-person).
• Plan Open Houses, flyer posting, and recruitment events like Career Fairs.
• Conduct site visits and field marketing when needed.
• Familiarize with service sites to understand client needs.
• Communicate with Operations to prioritize staffing needs.
