Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking a Regional Recruiter to partner with Operations Management and drive recruiting campaigns for high-volume, non-exempt roles in Janitorial, Concierge, Security and Maintenance.

Based in Arlington, VA, the role supports multiple sites with a focus on screening, sourcing, interviews, and event recruitment such as open houses and career fairs, using planned IPLAN Hiring Methodology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with HR-related platforms.
• Strong communication to inform new hires of company programs.
• Team-oriented, flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to hire for janitorial, maintenance, front desk, concierge and security roles.
• Manage job openings through Planned’s Talent Management system.
• Serve as point of contact for candidates throughout screening and hiring.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, identify qualified candidates, schedule interviews.
• Plan Open House, flyer posting, and recruitment events such as Career Fairs.
• Conduct site visits and field marketing when needed.
• Familiarize yourself with job sites we service for client needs.
• Communicate with Operations to prioritize staffing and meet hiring specs.
• Develop a strong bench of qualified candidates for future needs.
• Explore new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to grow candidate pool.

Salary: 65-70k + bonus

Location: Arlington VA (Hybrid)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Summary

As a Recruiter, you will be working closely with Planned Companies Operations Management to create and execute recruiting campaigns for high volume, non-exempt positions in Janitorial, Concierge, Security and Maintenance functions.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operations Team to hire qualified janitorial, maintenance, front desk, concierge, and security candidates by screening and identifying candidates using Planned’ s IPLAN Hiring Methodology.
• Manage job openings through Planned’ s Talent Management system.
• Serve as point of contact for candidates throughout the screening and hiring process.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, identify qualified candidates, and schedule interviews through various virtual platforms and in person.
• Plan Open House, flyer posting, and recruitment events such as Career Fairs.
• Conduct site visit and field marketing when needed.
• Familiarize yourself with the job sites we service for a clear understanding of the client’s needs.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Team to prioritize staffing needs and ensure recruitment efforts meet hiring specifications.
• Develop a strong bench of qualified candidates in anticipation of future staffing needs.
• Continuously explore and research new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to grow candidate pool and proactively build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
• Provide weekly status reports regarding open positions/projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years related to high-volume recruitment experience.
• Bilingual; fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• Prior experience with HR related platforms.
• Communicate effectively to inform new hires of all Company programs.
• Must be team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
• Ability to work with MS Office and Skype Business.
• Experience with Jobvite ATS- preferred.
