Job summary

Century Fire Protection in Florida is hiring a Regional Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top talent across multiple locations within the region. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of recruiting experience with ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-location or regional role; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and regional hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, applicant tracking, and reporting for management review.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs within the region.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and EEO/AA regulations.
• Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and community recruitment initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on best practices in recruiting and selection.
