This remote position supports both Field and Corporate roles in the DELMARVA region, focusing on hiring top talent and building relationships with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and experience in talent acquisition.

SummaryThe Regional Recruiter will be responsible for hiring top talent, building, and sustaining solid relationships with hiring managers, and fulfilling all talent acquisition needs by managing the full life cycle recruiting process in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
This position is remote but will support both Field and Corporate positions as assigned and may need to travel (up to 10%). The Regional Recruiter will be supporting the DELMARVA region (Delaware, Maryland and Virginia) and must be located in a reasonable distance from these locations.
The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent related work experience. Previous experience in a recruiting role supporting production or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will also have:
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment. When in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db. to 110 db. May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility. Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company. May need to climb ladders.
