We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Recruiter to help us source, screen, and coordinate interviews for non-technical positions across various departments. This is a remote role ideal for someone who is organized, a great communicator, and passionate about connecting the right people with the right roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for non-technical roles (e.g., front desk staff, swim instructors, lifeguards, etc.)
• Post job openings on various platforms including job boards
• Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and databases
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Provide regular updates to the hiring team and suggest improvements to the recruitment process
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (non-technical focus preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• Comfortable using virtual tools like Zoom and Teams software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  
  

Preferred:

• Prior experience in remote recruiting
• Familiarity with small business or startup hiring environments
  
  

Schedule:

10–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on availability and hiring needs.
