Job summary

Quest Financial in Sandy Springs (Atlanta area) seeks a Regional Recruiter to join our team. This full‑time, in‑office role partners with area and regional managers to deliver qualified candidates and manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.

You will develop pipelines through networking, post jobs on boards and social channels, and coordinate interview logistics. Prior experience with Indeed, Sterling, Greenhouse is preferred; Microsoft Word/PowerPoint skills required.

Job description

Our client located in Sandy Springs is looking to add a Regional Recruiter to their team.

Fully in Office, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

$60k + Quarterly Bonus

The Recruiter will partner with Area and Regional Managers under the direction of the Director of Operations / Talent Management, to meet evolving staffing needs. To deliver qualified candidates to fill the positions posted. To be a full cycle resource for candidates attempting to join our organization. They will coordinate all aspects of interview stages, pre- employment process and act as a corporate liaison to the new coworker through their onboarding and welcome to the organization. They will develop a continuous pipeline of candidates through networking, and sourcing on job boards.

Job Duties:

• Develops and implements strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent, in a multi-site organization.
• Posts available positions on job boards, social media and ATS.
• Ensures job requests do not create an overstaff situation- reports potential overstaff situations to supervisor.
• Works with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed using the pattern interview.
• Completes and manages pre-employment process and communicates clear for hire.
• Tracks and reports key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, and sourcing applicants from available resources.
• Determines applicant qualification by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring manager.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in comparable environment; using Indeed, Sterling and Greenhouse

ATS preferred.

• Advanced Computer proficiency: Windows applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,
• Excellent organizational skills: demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively and handle competing priorities
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; performing tasks with high degree of accuracy
