You will work with the Area Sales Manager (ASM), Area Vice President (AVP), and licensed agents to ensure real estate transactions, auctions, licensing, and regional operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; plus 4+ years of related experience.
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in real estate, sales, or customer service.
• Professional office environments and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a real estate license within six months of employment.

Aufgaben

• Support real estate transactions from listing to closing, including contracts and document collection.
• Assist onboarding and training of new real estate agents.
• Maintain electronic transaction files in compliance with policies.
• Set up and manage real estate auctions using company software.
• Track agent licensing records and compliance requirements.
• Communicate invitations, updates, and results across the region.
• Coordinate regional meetings, events, and client meet-and-greets.
• Provide CRM support and lead-tracking assistance to agents.
• Serve as a resource for agents and regional leadership.
