Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus 4+ years of related experience; or Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in Real estate, Sales, Customer service, Financial services, or professional office environments.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate transactions from listing to closing, including contract administration, document collection, compliance reviews, and transaction management.
• Assist with onboarding and training new real estate agents.
• Maintain accurate electronic transaction files in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Set up and manage real estate auctions using company software.
• Track and maintain agent licensing records and compliance requirements.
• Communicate auction invitations, listing updates, and transaction results throughout the region.
• Coordinate and support regional meetings, team events, client meet-and-greets, and Lunch & Learn activities.
• Provide CRM support, training, and assistance to agents on transaction management and lead tracking.
• Serve as a key resource for agents and regional leadership.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
