Job summary

The Conservation Fund is seeking a Regional Real Estate Manager to lead real estate management and program operations for the Mid-Atlantic region. This hybrid role in the Arlington/Washington, DC area may include remote work within the Mid- Atlantic region.

You will work with project managers, support due diligence, funding steps, and build strong partnerships with government entities, land trusts, and private landowners to grow the portfolio and regional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, real estate management, or conservation-related fields.
• Proven experience managing large-scale real estate projects, including due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate management and program operations for the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Coordinate with project managers on due diligence, funding, and disposition steps.
• Develop and improve project management tools and systems to facilitate real estate operations.
• Track status and progress on active and pending real estate transactions.
• Support regional growth strategies and program expansion.
