Regency Centers seeks a Manager of Financial Services to join our regional offices in Bethesda, MD, Westport CT, or Jacksonville FL. This hybrid role blends in-office and remote work after training, supporting underwriting, analysis, and due diligence for shopping center acquisitions and redevelopments.

You will mentor FS analysts, prepare pro formas and investment memos, and supervise financial model updates to guide investment decisions. A Real Estate/Finance background and MBA are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional experience underwriting and due diligence on retail real estate developments, redevelopments, and acquisitions.
• Strong computer skills including Argus and MS Office Suite.
• Intermediate level proficiency with PowerBI (or similar software).
• Understanding of real estate fundamentals and return metrics and how they impact value.
• Understanding of financial and operating real estate metrics, preferably related to retail properties.
• Postgraduate/MBA degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare financial models for acquisition, development, and redevelopment opportunities using Argus and Excel.
• Review and create investment pro formas applying underwriting standards.
• Prepare investment packages and memos for Regency's committees and Board.
• Oversee creation and updating of financial models for in-process developments and monthly updates of forecasting models.
• Supervise, train, and develop FS analysts reporting to Manager.
• Perform due diligence, market research, and close new investments into the portfolio.
• Evaluate tenant financial health and provide analysis to Investment and Leasing teams.
