Qualifications

• Supervisory experience across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of local/state landlord/tenant law impacting property management in California.
• Experience with core property management systems (Entrata).
• Minimum 4–6 years in multifamily property management with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead roving maintenance and property operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee leasing, reporting, and financial oversight for a portfolio of properties.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, staff, and vendors to maintain property standards.
• Develop and execute marketing/management plans for properties.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, rents, and move-ins/move-outs.
