Geisinger is seeking Radiologic Technologists to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. You will ensure patient identification, accurate history, and confidentiality while adhering to imaging protocols and ALARA principles.

Responsibilities include image evaluation, data handling, and assisting licensed practitioners in fluoroscopic and operating room procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology (Required).
• ARRT-R registry: new graduates must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures per physician orders.
• Verify patient identity, history, and confidentiality in exams.
• Apply imaging protocols while maximizing patient safety (ALARA).
• Evaluate image quality and ensure proper data handling and storage.
• Educate and monitor students and other health care staff.
• Assist licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic procedures and OR work.
