Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in North America seeks a North America Quality Systems Manager to lead a regional team of Quality Systems Engineers. You will partner with Operations, Quality, and cross-functional leaders to strengthen QMS effectiveness and drive improvements across NA sites for semiconductor manufacturing excellence.

The role emphasizes leading audits, CAPA, and global quality projects while upholding Entegris PACE values. Travel up to 15% and onsite four days per week are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 10 years of manufacturing experience with quality management systems, quality assurance, or quality engineering.
• Ability to plan and manage projects with cross-functional partners.
• Strong initiative, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Clear communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional influence.
• Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
• Working knowledge of quality and problem-solving tools (FMEA, 8D, RCA, CAPA, SPC, MSA).
• Travel up to 15% to North America sites; onsite four days per week.
• ISO 9001 or comparable standards knowledge preferred; internal auditing/auditor cert preferred.
• Experience leading and developing a team of quality professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the NA Quality Systems team, providing direction and development for Quality Systems Engineers.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and cross-functional leaders to strengthen QMS effectiveness and maturity.
• Identify quality system needs across North America sites and recommend practical solutions using metrics and KPIs.
• Coordinate and support quality system audits (internal, registrar, customer, and supplemental audits).
• Support CAPA assignees and process owners in applying best practices and improving QMS maturity.
• Lead or contribute to global quality system projects to improve process performance and practices.
