Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a North America Quality Systems Manager to lead a regional team of Quality Systems Engineers and partner with site and cross-functional groups to strengthen quality management across North America.

You will drive QMS development, audits, CAPA, and process improvements to ensure compliance with ISO standards and support manufacturing of semiconductor devices globally. Expect travel up to 15% and onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field required.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience with quality systems involvement.
• Strong project planning and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the North America Quality Systems team.
• Partner with Operations and Quality leaders to improve QMS maturity.
• Identify quality system needs across North America sites and implement solutions.
• Coordinate internal, registrar, and customer audits.
• Support CAPA and problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
• Drive global quality system projects and KPI improvements.
