Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7+ years in quality engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading QA teams and coaching staff.
• Strong ability to develop and implement QA plans and processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Quality Engineers and Technicians.
• CoachQuality Engineers/Technicians in the interviewing/hiring process.
• Monitor team member turnover; identify factors to improve; implement changes.
• Identify strengths and development needs; create training curricula.
• Coach and mentor QA staff to deliver excellence to customers.
• Establish clear goals and measure performance using operational metrics.
