Job summary

Amazon's Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team in Nashville, TN, seeks a Regional Quality & Benchmarking Specialist to build and implement quality systems, guide field teams, and improve reliability metrics year over year.

You will lead site audits, develop risk-based forecasting tools, and advance PM processes to meet safety standards. Domestic travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You will develop parts cage quality standards by creating work benches, tracking quality data and vendor defect rates, and building standard work processes for parts quality management.
• You will create risk-based forecasting tools that help site maintenance leaders prioritize work based on asset failure probability and partner with central reliability and RAPA teams to develop tracking automation for audit and parts mechanisms.
• You will define RME standard work procedures for maintenance quality, timing, and structure across all sites and providers, while conducting regular field audits to analyze performance against best practices.
• You will lead network-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives using AMS Standards and validate new company-wide Program Management (PM) processes that meet safety and effectiveness standards.
• You will be able to travel domestically up to 80%.
