Job summary

Accredited Labs is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Management System across 10–12 ISO/IEC 17025 laboratories. This remote role favors candidates in the Eastern U.S. with roughly 50% travel to sites.

You will lead audits, drive calibration quality, and ensure consistency across the network. You will review uncertainty budgets, support method validation, and implement process improvements aligned with accreditation standards while working with IndySoft software and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a commercial accredited calibration laboratory environment
• Experience leading internal audits and external assessments
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multi-site environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and accreditation processes
• Experience with accrediting bodies such as A2LA or ANAB

Responsibilities

• Oversee QMS across 10–12 ISO/IEC 17025 laboratories within the Accredited Labs-network.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and internal quality requirements.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external accreditation assessments (A2LA, ANAB, etc.).
• Manage corrective actions, nonconformances, and customer complaints with branch quality reps.
• Provide technical oversight and support method validation and uncertainty budgets.
• Drive standardization of procedures, documentation, and processes across sites.
