Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Regional Supervisor, Quality Control to oversee lab operations across designated sites and drive continuous improvement in quality and safety. The role partners with QC Manager, Process Chemist, and Engineering teams to ensure products meet stringent standards.

The candidate will lead a hands-on team, conduct data-driven analyses, and support calibration, procedures, and training to maintain reliability and compliance across facilities. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a lab environment.
• 2+ years supervisory/lead QC lab experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field or equivalent QC/lab certifications.
• Strong knowledge of cementitious chemistry, epoxy liquids, latex, or related LATICRETE product lines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC labs in designated region and ensure compliance with quality criteria.
• Lead GLP adherence and implement 6S for lab organization; train QC personnel across plants.
