Concrete Strategies LLC. is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to oversee quality compliance across regional projects.

The role involves reviewing contracts and specifications, guiding mix-design reviews, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met on site. You will work with project teams and external partners to implement solutions, monitor quality levels, and drive continuous improvement in concrete production and placement practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with concrete construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Knowledge of codes (ACI, PCI, TCA).
• Experience leading project teams and maintaining relationships with external entities.
• Energetic, motivated and entrepreneurial with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Contract/Scope/Specification review and interpretation.
• Pre-construction specification review.
• Pre-construction mix design review with specialists and suppliers.
• Project safety compliance.
• Regional project quality compliance.
• Periodic project visits and quality compliance reviews.
• Develop solutions to quality issues with project teams.
• Coordinate with GC/Owner and CSI Operations on resources.
