Job summary

Concrete Strategies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Controls Manager to lead regional quality programs across our projects. You will oversee pre-construction reviews, assist with submittals, RFIs, and ensure compliance and safety on site.

The role requires 5+ years in concrete construction, strong knowledge of codes (ACI, PCI, TCA), and proven leadership. You will collaborate with project teams, GC's, and corporate quality to drive excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with concrete construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering recommended.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of concrete production, testing and placement.
• Familiarity with codes such as ACI, PCI, and TCA.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contract/Scope/Specification review and interpretation
• Pre-construction specification review
• Pre-construction mix design review in conjunction with Corporate Quality Director, Materials specialists and suppliers
• Project safety compliance
• Regional project quality compliance
• Periodic project visits and quality compliance reviews
• Coordinate with GC/Owner when necessary
• Coordinate with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources
• Support and manage project quality staff within assigned region
