Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC seeks a seasoned Quality Control leader to oversee regional quality programs for concrete construction projects. You will review contracts, specifications, and mix designs; ensure safety compliance; and drive quality across multiple projects with field teams and owners.

Mentoring staff, coordinating with the CSI Operations manager on resources, and delivering clear, actionable reports are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of concrete construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction management, Engineering or related field recommended.
• Strong knowledge of concrete production, testing and placement.
• Strong knowledge of codes (ACI, PCI, TCA).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with adaptability across stakeholders.
• Experience leading project teams and maintaining relationships with external entities.

Responsibilities

• Contract/Scope/Specification review and interpretation
• Pre-construction specification review
• Pre-construction mix design review with Corporate Quality Director, Materials specialists and suppliers
• Project safety compliance
• Regional project quality compliance
• Periodic project visits and quality compliance reviews
• Work with project teams to develop solutions to quality issues
• Coordination with GC/Owner when necessary
• Coordination with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources
• Support and manage project quality staff within assigned region
