Resource Label Group is seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager to partner with site teams across the South region, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with travel to assigned locations. You will embed with sites to drive QMS execution and quality improvements.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations and the Senior Manager, Quality Systems, you will own customer quality escalations, lead audit readiness, and transfer knowledge across facilities as the regional quality expert

Qualifications

5+ years quality management experience in manufacturing or related industry.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent; internal auditor experience required.
Structured root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
Ability to coordinate across multiple sites and stakeholders with limited direct authority.
Customer-facing communication and escalation management capabilities.

Responsabilités

Serve as embedded quality resource for site teams within the region, coaching and supporting QMS execution.
Strengthen day-to-day quality system performance with plant management figures.
Assist sites in achieving audit readiness for internal, customer, and third-party audits.
Own and manage customer quality escalations and lead regional audit preparation.
Transfer knowledge across sites and contribute to enterprise learning and CAPA governance.
