Job summary

ClinLab Solutions Group in the Salt Lake City area is seeking a Regional QA Manager South to provide quality leadership across multiple manufacturing sites in the West region. The role focuses on coaching, audits readiness, root-cause analysis and CAPA tracking.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality management in manufacturing, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, and the ability to influence across sites. Travel will be frequent to sites, with a customer-facing quality escalation responsibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; internal auditor experience required.
• Experience with structured root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple sites and stakeholders with limited direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality resource for site teams, coaching and supporting quality systems regionally.
• Collaborate with site personnel and plant management to improve daily quality system performance and ensure compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis for nonconformances, customer complaints, and audit findings, and monitor CAPAs.
• Manage customer quality escalations and serve as main contact to drive resolutions.
• Support audit readiness, coordinate pre-audit gaps and customer audit prep.
• Identify quality staff development needs and support onboarding and growth.
• Communicate quality performance, risks, and support needs to regional sites and central QA.
• Operate across multiple sites, balancing priorities through coaching and partnership.
