Job summary

Pratt Retail Specialties, LLC is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to drive the Quality Management System across multiple sites. This role is home-based in Texas with travel to California, Texas, the Midwest, and possibly the East Coast.

The candidate will lead quality initiatives, ensure ISO/BRC compliance, and collaborate with Design, Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Supply Chain to improve product quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing quality across flexible films manufacturing and converting.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and FSSC 22000 (Food Safety).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to drive improvements with project leadership.
• Results oriented with ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality efforts for a regional set of sites.
• Add value in flexible film and paper packaging converting operations.
• Perform internal audits and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain document change system and calibrate measuring/testing equipment.
• Review testing data, scrap data, and customer complaints to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Supply Chain to achieve quality results.
• Lead and develop quality staff; track quality metrics on shrink and waste.
• Ensure ISO/BRC and other regulatory compliance.
• Support HR with quality employee performance issues.
• Establish and sustain 'right first time' performance through continuous improvement teams.
