Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Regional Director of Quality to drive quality excellence across multiple states, coordinating with VP of Quality and Regional Operations. You will lead inspections, root-cause analyses, and continuous improvement programs while ensuring compliance with customer specs and industry codes.

Travel to field sites and offices is required, with a focus on reducing rework, improving documentation, and delivering quality outcomes that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive quality/technical leadership in construction, industrial services, energy or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality or related field.
• Industry certifications (CWI, NDT II/III, API, ASQ) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional quality leadership and field partnership with operations, projects and customers.
• Maintain and improve Loenbro’s QMS, ensuring compliance with codes (ASME, AWS, API, NEC, NDE/NDT).
• Oversee documentation, submittals, inspection plans, test packages and turnover packages.
