Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 1 year supervising, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; or 3 years in ops/logistics with supervisory duties.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete required trainings (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to drive and implement the business plan and area goals.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, giving direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Oversee QA guidelines, procedures, and programs to maintain inventory integrity and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee systems operations, ensuring hardware/software maintenance and issue resolution with IS partners.
