Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 1 year in ops/logistics or Walmart Logistics experience, or 3 years in similar roles.
• Associates must complete job trainings and assessments (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates verbally or in writing.
• Drive and implement the business plan to meet facility goals (production, quality, safety).
• Forecast staffing workload and performance; review business reports to identify improvements.
• Oversee QA guidelines, inventory integrity, and corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, recruit and promote talent.
• Ensure systems and hardware/software maintenance and upgrades; troubleshoot with IS.
