Qualifications

• Professional degree in Marketing, Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of professional services pursuit marketing experience.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns pod-level performance metrics including win rates, quality scores, and delivery health.
• Leads narrative strategy for complex pursuits ensuring clarity and differentiation.
• Establishes quality standards and best practices for marketing deliverables.
• Provides strategic review on messaging, structure and positioning.
• Oversees pursuit submissions, deadlines, and collaboration with marketing and practice teams.
