Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 10+ years in purchasing/procurement/strategic sourcing/supplier management.
- Experience leading purchasing or sourcing teams in complex manufacturing environments.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple sites/business units.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional purchasing strategy aligned with global priorities.
- Establish regional objectives, governance, and performance measures for cost, quality, delivery, and risk.
- Lead, coach, and develop regional purchasing staff; set priorities and capability-building plans.
- Represent regional Purchasing in leadership forums and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders.
