Job summary

DRiV Incorporated seeks a Director of Real Estate to lead regional strategy and portfolio execution within Global Purchasing. The role drives space planning, budget adherence, and strategic transactions to support continuous operations and cost effectiveness.

The incumbent partners with Finance, HR, Legal, and site leadership to ensure compliant, efficient, and scalable real estate solutions across multiple sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or related field.
• Experience leading a multi-site real estate portfolio and complex lease transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional real estate strategy aligned with business plans and Global Purchasing priorities.
• Lead regional portfolio planning for owned, leased, licensed properties and relocations.
• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, amendments, and dispositions in partnership with Legal, Finance, and external advisors.
• Manage lease administration, critical-date tracking, rent reviews, operating-expense reviews, and data accuracy.
• Provide leadership for regional facilities planning, services, and capital projects.
